Original sketch of Boris the spider dangling from a web by John Entwistle, accomplished in black felt tip on a white 11 x 14 sheet, which is signed and inscribed, “To Joe, John Entwistle.” In very fine condition. Purportedly Entwistle's first composition for The Who, the song 'Boris the Spider' appeared on the 1966 album A Quick One and became a staple of live shows. According to Pete Townshend, 'Boris the Spider' was Jimi Hendrix's favorite Who song.
