Includes: a petty cash voucher in the amount of $6.18 from "6/29" for "Wedding Bell for M.M. Cake," stapled to its receipt, marked "decoration for the top of M.M.'s cake"; four petty cash vouchers from "6/30" for "Baking goods for M.M. wedding," "Wine for M.M. wedding," "Wedding cake for M.M.," and "Wine Glass & Candles for M.M. Wedding"; a Depot Liquor Co. receipt for "1 qt. Manischewitz," purchased by Milton Greene on "6-30 1956," marked "ceremonial wine"; a "Pottery Corner" receipt for "1 Wine Glass, 2 Candles"; and a receipt for $45 from Louis Sherry on Fifth Avenue, marked "M.M.'s wedding cake."
Additionally includes a Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc. check made payable to cash for $400, June 29, 1956; a receipt for "bakery goods" from The Bake Shop in Westport, Connecticut; and a carbon copy of a 1955 letter directing mail delivered to Monroe at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel to be forwarded to Milton Greene Studios. In overall very good to fine condition.
