Issued from the "Presidential Palace" in Havana, Cuba, in the "Año de la Liberacion [Year of the Liberation]," Castro grants an annual pension to a retiring postmaster. Signed at the conclusion in ink by Prime Minister Fidel Castro, President Manuel Urrutia Lleó, and Minister of Communications Enrique Oltuski; the first three pages are also initialed in the margins. In fine condition, with the final (signed) page detached from the others.
