Rare ‘Good-Will Guide’ badge issued for the 1964 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Gold-plated, 11 gm, 32 mm, featuring the Tokyo Games logo within a red enamel rising sun of the Japanese national flag, with the white enamel border containing gold legend text: “Good-Will Guide.” The reverse bears a Japanese Olympic Committee number: “JOC 64-C-0145.” A very small number of these badges were issued exclusively to Chinese interpreters.
