Glossy 8 x 10 portrait photo of Massachusetts Senator John F. Kennedy, an image originally taken by Jacques Lowe in Hyannis Port in July 1958, signed and inscribed in black ink, "...with every good wish from his friend, John Kennedy.” Matted to an overall size of 11 x 14. In very good to fine condition, with fading and skipping to the handwriting; the photo is affixed to a heavy sheet of cardboard, with adhesive residue and associated emulsion loss matted out to produce a pleasing display. Lowe began working as John F. Kennedy's campaign photographer in 1958 and documented his presidential administration until 1962.
