Julia Gerard, otherwise known as 'Lady J,' has been a long-time designer of couture clothing for many of Hollywood's elite. In 2006, she branded all of Prince's 3121 Tour outfits—developing the overall concert image and his backup musicians’ costumes, including the all-out parties that he threw for entertainment industry personalities. She also created the variety of uniforms of the fifty-plus members of Prince's in-house staff, such as the dresses and outfits worn by all the hostesses and waiters at parties thrown by Prince.
