From the PRN wardrobe department — an 11-piece garment pattern design for a dress shirt worn by Prince during the Batman and Graffiti Bridge era. The sheets range in size from 10 x 5.5 to 27 x 26.5 and contain detailed measurements and sewing patterns, elements necessary to reproduce a shirt at Prince’s exact size. Annotated in pencil and felt tip, the sheets are dated to July and November 1989, and the cover sheet is dated to May 1990 and lists the included pattern shapes: “Dress Shirt - Front (rt & left), Back, Yoke, Sleeve, Cuff, (#1) pointed collar / staid.” All of the sheets are marked “PRN Dress Shirt.” Includes the original pattern hanger. In overall very good to fine condition, with scattered creases and folds, and some small edge tears. A unique opportunity to recreate a dress shirt with Prince’s exact measurements.
