Artist and designer (1848-1933), son of Charles Tiffany, who worked in the decorative arts and is best known for his work in stained glass. Personal notebook belonging to esteemed artist and designer Louis C. Tiffany, 6.7 x 8.25, whose signature and Long Island, New York address are found on the front cover’s ownership label, “Louis C. Tiffany, Laurelton Hall, Oyster Bay.” With the exception of one handwritten word, “Menu,” at the top of the first page, the rest of the notebook is blank. In very good to fine condition, with light staining, and the covers completely detached from the rest of the unused notebook.
