Sought-after pair of items signed by members of The Doors — a Johnson & Harbrand Management Account business check, 8.25 x 3.5, filled out in another hand and signed by Robert Greene, The Doors' first business manager and accountant, payable to Jim Morrison for $150, March 22, 1968, endorsed on the reverse in black ballpoint, “Jim Morrison”; and a copy of the Doors album Waiting for the Sun, signed on the front cover in silver ink by Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger, and in blue felt tip by John Densmore. The check is matted and framed with a portrait of Morrison and a copy of the check’s front to an overall size of 17 x 19. In fine condition, with silvering to the Morrison portrait, which could easily be swapped with a suitable replacement image. The record is included.
