Manually operated regulator affiliated with the Saturn S-IVB, built as Saturn Program Ground Support Equipment (GSE) by the Tescom Corporation of Minneapolis, measuring approximately 4.75″ x 8.5″ x 6″, with a NASA/George C. Marshall Space Flight Center plate on the side: "Regulator, Manually Operated, Ass'y No. 269-187B, DAC Spec. 1B37340-513, Contr. No. NAS 7-101, Ser. No. 8107, Date 8/66." Also stamped on the body: "Cure Date: 3Q66." In fine condition.
