Triangular segment of checklist cover card, 1.5" x .75", attested as flown and carried into lunar orbit aboard the Apollo 12 Command Module Yankee Clipper in November 1969. Encased in an attractive 7" x 3.25" x 1.5" block of Lucite prepared by Moonpans, which features a small panoramic image of the Ocean of Storms landing site. In fine condition.
