Salacious legal document concerning a "seduction" in which Jeffrey Yollerton is charged by Mary Jones, "with having of several times had Carnal Knowledge of her body & that the said Mary Jones is with child." Signed at the conclusion by Provost. In very good to fine condition, with minor edge loss, and light toning along the folds.
