Limited ‘signature edition’ B-17F Memphis Belle model plane by The Franklin Mint, scale 1:96, numbered 1589/1945, signed on a wing in silver ink by pilot Robert Morgan, who commanded the aircraft on 25 missions during World War II. The hand-painted and hand-crafted model measures 13″ from wing to wing and 9.75″ from nose to tail. Includes its display stand that suspends the plane to a height of 5.5″. Includes its original box from The Franklin Mint, as well as its various accessories and certificates. In fine condition.
