Entirely handwritten by Harrison, the legal document relates to a case in the Court of Common Pleas between Daniel Condin and George H. Johnson. Signed at the conclusion by Harrison, who also incorporates his signature on the docketing to the reverse, “Wallace & Harrison, for deft.” In fine condition. Accompanied by another manuscript legal document, written in a secretarial hand, which relates to Harrison’s tenure with the firm “Porter, Harrison & Hines,” dated 1870.
