AQS on a 3.75 x 2.5 off-white slip affixed to a slightly larger gray sheet, signed at the top in crisp ink, "Lucretia Mott." The celebrated activist pens a pithy and powerful aphorism: "Truth for authority, not authority for truth. 4 mo. 20th. 1875." In fine condition.
