An amendment to an agreement between Capitol Records and Sinatra, in which the latter agrees to notify Capitol of any future agreements "which would preclude any of the programs you record for 'The Capitol Show' from being sponsored." Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Sinatra, and countersigned in black ink by Capitol Records President Glenn E. Wallichs. In fine condition, with some minor edge tears.
