Vintage green ballpoint signatures of Manfred Mann—Mike Hugg (who signs twice), Paul Jones, Tom McGuinness, and Henry Lowther—on an off-white 5 x 8 sheet of Monmouthshire Education Committee stationery. The consignor notes that the autographs were obtained when the group performed in Cwmbran, Wales in the mid-1960s. In very good to fine condition, with scattered staining. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
