The first miniature printing of the Declaration of Independence, 4.5 x 5.75, printed on coated white stock with italicized micro-script, text surrounded by a border of intertwined oak and laurel leaves with a portrait of George Washington at the head and 13 engravings of the state seals of the original colonies. The lower portion bears facsimile signatures. Engraved and printed by L. H. Bridgham of Boston, Massachusetts, in 1836. In fine condition, with toning along the edges.
