Description

Vintage ballpoint signature, "Elvis Presley,” on an off-white 3.5 x 2.25 card. In very fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance: “On the weekend of October 22, 1969, Elvis was vacationing with his family and some close friends at the Paradise Island Hotel in Nassau, Bahamas. At 10:30 PM Elvis showed up at the hotel casino with Priscilla and a couple of his bodyguards. He had made arrangements with the hotel to have exclusive use of a Blackjack table. There were only about 8 hotel guests in the casino at the time. We were excited to see the ‘King’ up close and personal so we quickly gravitated toward his Blackjack table. We started passing him slips of paper requesting his autograph. Elvis was gracious and accommodating. He showed no signs of annoyance when we disrupted his gambling enjoyment.”
