In part: "I am suddenly reminded that on Saturday you will celebrate your birthday anniversary. I hope that you will have a fine day…. After a couple of fairly cold days, the weather here has relented and we are enjoying the warm sun and the balmy air to the fullest. With warm regard to Arthur, and to you my best wishes for a Happy Birthday!" In fine condition.
