Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 13.75 x 8.75, July 25, 1825. President Adams grants Moses Fields a tract "containing One hundred and sixty acres and eight hundredths of an acre…of the Lands directed to be sold at Huntsville, Alabama." Boldly signed at the conclusion by President John Quincy Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling, staining, and a missing seal.
