Boldly signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt, and countersigned by Charles J. Hewitt as chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, and by Eberly Hutchinson as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. Attractively matted and framed with an image of FDR signing a bill to an overall size of 23 x 14. In fine condition.
