Indictment document endorsed on the docketing panel by McKinley as prosecuting attorney for Stark County, Ohio, charging Frank Aettine with "keeping rooms of public resort for the sale of intoxicating liquors." The document indicates that Aettine entered a guilty plea at his arraignment on March 12, 1870. In fine condition. McKinley was prosecuting attorney for Stark County from 1869-1871.
