Blues pianist (1930-1970) who was a longtime member of Muddy Waters’s band. Spann was memorably featured on Fleetwood Mac’s 1969 album Biggest Thing Since Colossus. Vintage ballpoint signature, "Otis Stann, Piano,” on a pink 5.5 x 4 album page, also signed on the reverse by Jimmy Hamilton. In fine condition. Spann was erroneously billed as 'Otis Stann' during an early UK tour, and occasionally signed as such.
