After unsuccessfully pursuing a solo career, he tragically died of a heroin overdose at age 25. Vintage blue ballpoint signature, "Frankie Lymon,” on an off-white 5 x 3 card. In very fine condition, with a photo of Lymon affixed to the upper right corner. Encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA as "NM-MT 8."
