Description

TLS signed “Wm. H. Taft,” one page, 5.25 x 8.25, personal letterhead, October 2, 1908. Letter to Richard V. Oulahan, director of the Republican National Committee's publicity bureau, written while "On Union Pacific Railroad in Nebraska." In full: "I have no doubt you are doing very well. I hope you will not allow criticisms to discourage you. I simply forward these letters that I have for your information and consideration. I have every confidence in your judgment and because I send them you need not think I am troubled." In fine condition.
