DeBakey: an unusual 'DeBaket Graft' swatch of gauze, signed in black felt tip; a felt tip signature on a 5 x 3 card; and a TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, Baylor College of Medicine letterhead, June 22, 1982, in part: "I am enclosing a DeBakey Graft which I have autographed. With it go my best wishes to you for success in your efforts to encourage children to develop their communicative skills." In overall fine condition, with blurring to the signature on the graft due to its material.
