Queen Victoria appoints Arthur David Ducat to be “an Officer in Our Volunteer Forces.” Signed prominently in the upper left corner by the Queen and countersigned below by Henry Petty-Fitzmaurice, 5th Marquess of Lansdowne as Secretary of State for War. The upper left retains the original blue embossed seal. In fine condition.
