As Assistant Adjutant General of the Army, Arthur MacArthur approves an extension for a leave of absence issued to "Captain Henry P. Perrine, 6th Cavalry, having been found incapacitated for active service by an Army retiring board." Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by MacArthur. In fine condition.
