The five-page brochure measures approximately 8.5” x 11” and is green/gray in color with purple text, including a cover that says “Paisley Park Studios.” The brochure includes technical information and blueprint-style renderings of each space (e.g., sound stages, recording studios, control room, rehearsal space). Included with the brochure is a gold business card of Helen Horatio Designs, the chief costume designer at Paisley Park who was in charge of Prince’s wardrobe, including both his personal attire and stage clothes. Also included is a one-page three-color 8.5” x 11” promotional flyer for the band “Good Question” whose album was released by Paisley Park Records in 1988. The flyer says “Prince and Paisley Park Records Would Like to Introduce U 2 Good Question” and “Prince Would Like to Thank U for your Loyalty as a Fan.” In overall fine condition. In fine condition.
