Johnny Ramone’s rare color 24.5 x 34 poster for the American Legend Music Festival held in Marthon, France, between July 5-8, 1995, which lists the headlining acts Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Calvin Russell, and The Ramones, who performed on July 5th. In fine, folded condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope addressed in the hand of Johnny Ramone, who sent this poster to his friend, artist Andy Gore; Ramone has also applied his personal “John Cummings” return address label to the upper left-hand corner. Gore notes he has never seen another example of this poster for sale in his 30 years of collecting Ramones memorabilia; he was sent this poster by Johnny Ramone after the band had returned from their massive Adios Amigos Tour.
