Description

Partly-printed DS as governor, one page, 11 x 8.5, November 3, 1930. Extradition document issued from the State of New York Executive Chamber, honoring “the requisition of the Governor of the State of Massachusetts for the surrender of Albert Clark a fugitive…and have issued a warrant for his delivery to John A. Kelley, the agent of said demanding State.” Signed at the conclusion by Governor Roosevelt and countersigned by Counsel to the Governor Samuel Rosenman. The gold seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. In fine condition, with some light creasing and intersecting folds.
