Contract between Francis Edward Faragoh and Samuel Goldwyn, Inc., in which the latter employ and engage the former “as a writer, to prepare such literary and/or dramatic material…for a photoplay to be based upon our story now entitled ‘HEIFETZ ORIGINAL.’” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Faragoh. In fine condition.
