Scarce document from Frankenstein’s Hollywood writer

Screenwriter (1898-1966) who wrote Frankenstein and was nominated for an Academy Award in 1931 for his adaptation for Little Caesar. Extremely rare DS, three pages, 8.5 x 11, December 28, 1938. Contract between Francis Edward Faragoh and Samuel Goldwyn, Inc., in which the latter employ and engage the former “as a writer, to prepare such literary and/or dramatic material…for a photoplay to be based upon our story now entitled ‘HEIFETZ ORIGINAL.’” Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Faragoh. In fine condition.
