Official color glossy 10.25 x 13.25 White House photo portrait of President Lyndon B. Johnson by Cecil Stoughton, signed and inscribed in black felt tip on the original 16 x 20 mount to United States circuit judge Otto Kerner, Jr., "To Otto Kerner, with high regard from his friend, Lyndon B. Johnson.” Reverse of the mount bears a "Cecil Stoughton, The White House" stamp. In fine condition, with the color portrait detached but present, and easily reaffixed.
