Ground support engine deflection meter used to display engine gimbal displacement for thrust vectoring, measuring 4.5″ x 4.5″ x 6″, bearing a Simpson Electric Co. manufacturer's label on the body, and a quality control inspection label stamp-dated March 2, 1959. Though the program affiliation for this piece is undetermined (it could be for a missile or rocket launch vehicle), similar meters were used for monitoring Apollo/Saturn rockets.
