Apollo Command Module (Block II) VHF Triplexer, measuring approximately 4.5″ x 5″ x 3″, with the manufacturer's label on the body: "VHF Triplexer Equipment, NAA S&ID PN ME 456-0040-0003…Contract No. NAS 9-150, Date of Mfr Jan 31 1969, Collins Radio Co. PN 514-0031-003, Mfd by Rantec Corp. for the Apollo Spacecraft, Serial No. 072208010025." The unit is designed to be connected the single VHF radio to three corresponding antennas installed on the spacecraft.
