Official document regarding the property title of the 'Valenciana' mine with an area of one hectare, in favor of Mr. Aniseto Villasenor. Signed prominently on the second page in ink by Porfirio Diaz as the president of Mexico. In very good to fine condition, with old tape reinforcing splitting along the hinge and the intersecting folds.
