Deke Slayton's laminated Lunar Receiving Laboratory badge for Apollo 12, 2.5 x 3.75, stamped "Donald K. Slayton" in the center and stamped "12" under "Mission." In fine condition. Badges issued for the Lunar Receiving Laboratory, where the Apollo astronauts were quarantined post-mission, are quite rare.
