Sought-after original artwork by Miles Davis on a white 12 x 16 canvas board, indistinctly signed along the bottom in pink, "Miles!" Accomplished in marker and watercolors, the piece is rendered in Davis's typical abstract artistic style, portraying several dancers and wonderfully evoking their movements—perhaps to jazz or something more eclectic. Inscribed on the reverse by Davisin pink felt tip, "The best, Dr. Francis!" In fine condition, with some subtle light dampstaining.
