In part: "I have to thank you for your kind acceptance of our invitation to the Meeting of Physics promoted by the 'Volta Foundation' and have much pleasure in informing you that the said Meeting will be held in Rome…In this connection I beg to inquire whether you would be willing to read a paper on Spectroscopy and Nuclear Moments…An early notice of your readiness to write the above paper would be greatly appreciated." In fine condition, with a few light creases.
