DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, April 3, 1931. Agreement between Busby Berkeley and Samuel Goldwyn Studios, in which the former agrees that "all weekly compensation due you under said contract shall be paid to you by us on Wednesday of each week instead of Monday of each week for services rendered up to and including the Saturday preceding." Signed at the conclusion by Berkeley and countersigned by Abraham Lehr as VP of Samuel Goldwyn. In fine condition. A terrifically early document from the beginnings of Berkeley's career as a Hollywood choreographer.
