Talleyrand,” one page, 8 x 12.25, February 10, 1802. Untranslated Napoleonic decree headed "Bonaparte Premier Consul," certified at the conclusion by Talleyrand as Minister of Foreign Affairs. In fine condition, with some light edge toning.
