Johnson Administration,' featuring a list of the numerous acts passed by LBJ during his presidency, calligraphically inscribed in the lower border, "To Larry M. Wheeler, with best wishes,” and signed in fountain pen as president, "Lyndon B. Johnson." Affixed to a same-size mount and in fine condition. Accompanied by a transmittal White House letter dated October 15, 1968, addressed to Larry M. Wheeler, the assistant Congressional Liaison Officer at the Department of the Interior, forwarding the photocopy "which the President was very happy to autograph to you."
