Vintage program for the third British Tour of Norman Granz’ Jazz at the Philharmonic, held in March 1960, 16 pages, 8 x 10.5, signed inside next to her likeness in blue ballpoint, “Sincerest wishes, Ella Fitzgerald.” The consignor notes that the signature was obtained backstage at the De Montfort Hall in Leicester, England, in the 1960s by Leicester Reporter journalist Bess Coleman, who later worked for the Brian Epstein company NEMS, toured the USA with the Beatles in 1966, and become editor of the American magazine Teen Life.
