ALS signed “J. R. Lowell,” one page, 3.75 x 6, black-bordered 10 Lowndes Square letterhead, December 22, 1881. Handwritten letter to "Stedman," presumably the influential poet, critic, and essayist Edmund Clarence Stedman.
