Contract between Stan Laurel Productions and Hal Roach Studios, with Stan Laurel agreeing to “perform each and every act” in an unspecified Roach Studios project. Signed twice at the conclusion in fountain pen, “Stan Laurel,” who adds “Pres.” next to one signature, and then below, “Hal E. Roach, Pres.” In fine condition. The project in question may very well be the Laurel and Hardy comedy vehicle Swiss Miss, which was produced by Roach and released on May 20, 1938.
