TLS signed “N. Sihanouk,” one page, 8.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, April 8, 1964. Letter to songwriter Frankie Izzo, in part: "I thank you for the copies of your songs, 'Fortune in Snow' and 'Chicken in the Pot,' which you were kind enough to send me: songs which reveal your talent for this type of musical composition. Please accept the congratulations of a fellow-composer. For, although the American Press—when it devotes space to my policies and person—describes me as a 'saxophone-playing Prince,' the saxophone is only [one] of the instruments I play, while I have composed music during the brief leisure left me by my other duties. These compositions have been recorded, and are broadcast now and then both in Cambodia and in other Countries, including the United States." In fine condition, with file holes along the left edge. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
