Collection of eight souvenir plates from the Berlin 1936 Summer Olympics, ranging in size from 7.5″ to 10″, featuring a wide variety of types. Includes: a carved wooden plate with Olympic rings, two smoked glass plates with Olympic rings at center, an attractive green ceramic bowl with torchbearer image at center, two porcelain plates featuring Berlin's coat of arms and the Olympic rings, a tin commemorative plate by A. Schreiner's Söhne featuring the 1936 Berlin Olympic Bell, and a white-and-gold porcelain plate featuring a raised design of the Brandenburg Gate. In overall very good to fine condition, with damage to the rim of the metal plate and various small chips and scuffs to others.
