French organist, composer, and pedagogue (1886-1971) known for his improvisational genius and for training two generations of well-known organists. Two items: a vintage glossy 3.5 x 5 portrait of the composer in profile, affixed to a 4.5 x 7.5 mount, signed and dated on the mount in fountain pen, "26 Aout 1954, Marcel Dupre"; and an AMQS signed "Marcel Dupre," one page, 4 x 5, January 24, 1924, boasting a few bars of handwritten music. Nicely matted and framed together to an overall size of 11.75 x 21.75. In fine condition.
